After graduating from the University of Colorado, Chad continued his studies in Los Angeles at the renowned Southern California Institute of Architecture.
During his studies at SCI_Arc, Chad spent 6 months in Vico Morcote Switzerland traveling around the Swiss & Italian Alps studying the likes of Peter Zumthor,
Giuseppe Terragni, Mario Botta, Le Corbuiser, & Herzog & De Meuron.
After graduating, Chad has worked in the field of high-end residential & hospitality for the past 20+ years.
Whether it is a kitchen remodel or a 200-unit high-end hotel in Aspen, Chad's attention to detail is unparalleled.
Beyond architecture, he has other loves including soccer, golf, working on his vintage 4Runner & traveling the world with his family always in search of the next best cup of coffee or plate of food.
Chad is a native of Colorado with family roots in Thailand & Maui Hawaii.
Chad is an Associate with the American Institute of Architects and Allied Practitioner member of American Society of Interior Designers.

After graduating from the University of Colorado, Claire began her career in Los Angeles & San Francisco, working for boutique firms specializing in high-end residential projects across the USA.
Claire is a skilled designer and project manager with experience spanning restaurants, bars, indoor pickleball facilities, design showrooms, commercial projects, and high-end residences from Colorado to Hawaii.
With deep local roots and professional experience in Colorado, she brings a strong understanding of the region to her work.
In her residential practice, Claire has developed a particular expertise in furniture, cabinetry, and award-winning kitchen design.
Over the years she has been a part of multiple award winning kitchen designs in the Subzero Wolf Cove Kitchen Design Contest. In 2016, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles recognized her as one of Colorado's "Top 5 Under 40" designers.
Beyond architecture, she has other loves including yoga, mountain biking, pastry making, and climbing the numerous thirteen-thousand-foot and fourteen-thousand-foot peaks in Colorado.
Claire is a member of the Boulder Green Building Guild (BGBG), a registered architect in Colorado & Utah & a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Claire has also been a board member of the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative.
